A Hard Day's Night

In the early sixties, it was quite common for pop stars to amke a movie after a decent string of hits eg Presley, Cliff Richards, Adam Faith, etc. The Beatles wanted to it and they wrote the songs without seeing the screenplay. They did not have a title until the last song was written ie A Hard Day's night. The phrase was attributed to Ringo Starr seemingly.

I remembered the time when this movie was shown in Queenstown Technical in the 60s
