The mongoose
Heard of the tale where the mongoose triumph over the snake? It is a mild animal until they meet the viper. In the school, the mongoose is usually the mild, quiet teacher until they are bullied or unfairly treated. Many teachers in Singapore are fairly docile, so much so they do not care if they are bullied by others especially by the heads or school leaders. They will just let it go. Sad situation.
How to get away from it? Move away from the school through postings and be assertive.
