To evade predators, the chameleon can change its colour to blend with the surrounding. Similarly, the school chameleon alters her behaviour, style and habits according to coalese with those school leaders, mainly to gain or sustain acceptance through similarity. If they are talented, usually they became success stories. Good to have as friends because they usually do not bite.
