Corporate animals in school

We assume some traits and functions of the various corporate animals at one time or another. However, some teachers or school leaders have an abundance of certain dominant 'animalistic traits' in them when they deal with people around them.
A raven leader will be very unforgiving of the subordinates' errors if they compromise him/her. They will say " You answer them yourself" without an glimpse of sympathy or looking for ways to solve the predicament.
The Vipers will home on any 'warmth' generated during crisis and if he is a leader, will give the final death sentence.
We exist in a world of predators and prey in the working world. Though such scenerio is not so evident and prevalent in the school environment, one has to be on guard most of the time to identify and know the enemy within or else you would not even know what hits you when the moment came.
In my 34 years of service in the education service, i have been bitten many times, being naive and trusting on nature. Not now. You just cannot trust anyone, not even the lovable rabbits in school.
