The year was not particularly kind to me. Of course as a D grader, the leadership as a ST owner was taken away. The school leaders will of course give it to one with potential.
There was a complain from a mother of a 4C boy when he was given 0 for his subject. The complain went straight to MoE after the PT meeting. The monitoring system in place helped a lot but still i have to answer the complain, something that have never happened to me in 34 years of service.
At the ends of the year, another complain from a Sec 2 parent about workbook not being used. The handling of this matter by the VP left much to be desired and i left his office in a huff. There goes any form of respect for this person.
Then, application for TWA was not even considered not to mention that my name was not in the list for PDL.
These are the lousy things that can happened and they would spoil one's day or year.
The good thing was the good memories left by the 4C, 4D and 4NT pupils.
