Fenghuang, an ancient town in Hunan province was hit by massive flood and submerged in water due to heavy storms that hit the region. We visited this quaint old town in June and we cannot imagine how the flood water that rush along and filled Tuojiang river and submerge the stilt houses along its banks causing damages.
