D graders in Education service

This year. 2010 marked my 34th year in the education service. There are tons of memories in these 34 years. Bad and sad memories seemed to come in abundance for the last few years. This year is the straight 2nd year when I got a D in performance for the mistake made. In th service, when you are down, you are continually pushed down and should be avoided like a plague.
Of course, D graders have no performance bonus, not even a cent. The Cluster supt see to that, no matter what you do, there is no reprise. You can be committed, take no MC, ...no use. So waht do you do? In the Work review sessions, the school leaders can talk about all the ideals and qualities but it is all air talk, piss and they are gone. The leaders have their own agenda. How many of them are really caring and trustworthy?
Beside PB, no promotion for a good few years. Also a D grader cannot apply for TWA or PDL. Their doors are closed. They expect you to rot and die. I tried applying for TWA this year. Know what? It was not even returned to me.
